Invitation for Prequalification of Suppliers 2021

CBM is an international Christian development organization committed to improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities in the poorest communities of the world. In Rwanda, CBM works with local partner organizations which provide medical and community services to persons with disabilities.

CBM Country Office in Kigali intends to prequalify suppliers for the supply of goods, works and services for the financial year 2021 as listed below:

• Supply of General Office Stationery and Supplies;
• Supply of ICT hardware, Accessories and Consumables;
• Provision of office cleaning services;
• Provision of Insurance Brokerage Services;
• Provision of clearing services;
• Provision of Hotel and Conferencing services accessible to Persons with Disabilities;
• Provision of repair and maintenance of Motor Vehicles;
• Provision of IT support services;
• Provision of profession graphic design and printing services;
• Provision of professional humanitarian documentation services (photography and video/documentary);
• Provision of legal advisory services;
• Provision of taxi services;
• Provision of travel agent services;

The tender will be awarded to firms which demonstrated experience in providing similar services in the most professional way.

If you believe that your company meets our requirements and would like to be considered as a potential supplier for any of the above services, please submit your details including the following information:

1. Company profile
2. Documentary proof of capability and experience in doing similar work
3. Company Registration Certificate/Incorporation
4. RRA Tax Registration Certificate

Failure to submit any of the above documents will result in disqualification.

The documents should be submitted via e-mail to info.rwanda@cbm.org with subject: “Prequalification of supplier 2021” with specific service applied for clearly indicated.

Submission deadline: 5:00 pm, 15^th January 2021. Only short-listed firms will be contacted for presentation.
