FH Association Rwanda (Food for the Hungry) is an International Christian Relief and Development Non-governmental organization. FH Rwanda has been implementing integrated relief and development projects in Rwanda since 1994. FH Rwanda currently has programs in Nyagatare, Gatsibo, Kamonyi, Muhanga and Ruhango districts. FH Rwanda has adopted an integrated programming approach CFCT (Child Focused Community Transformation) through 4 sectors: Livelihoods, Education, Health and Disaster Risk Reduction.
FH Association RWANDA (FOOD FOR THE HUNGRY) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible national bidders who have Electronic Billing Machine for a tender No 010/06/FY21:
- Lot 1: Purchase and supply of 5 maize milling machine and 3maize grinding machine with all their accessories including installation to FH beneficiaries in Mwendo Sector of Ruhango District in Southern province and Gatunda Sector of Nyagatare District in Eastern province.
This call for proposal is open on equal terms to all supplying companies registered in Rwanda.
The tender document can be sent to the email of interested bidders who wish to submit their bids upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of non-refundable amount of ten thousand Rwandan francs per lot (10,000 Rwf/lot) through email: email@example.com This payment should be done to FH Association Rwanda Bank Account N° 4002200337223/RWF opened in Equity Bank. Proof of payment should always have lot number and the name of the purchasing company. If this information is not on bank slip, please indicate manually in the email.
N/B: Deadline for bidders to provide their proof of payment and getting tender document is from 24th June 2021 to 2nd July 2021 at 5pm.
Due to the increase of COVID19 cases in the country and in order to continue prevent spreading of Covid-19 pandemic. Please be informed that bids submission will be done electronically at this email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Deadline for bidders to start submitting their bids is from 5th July 2021 to 6th July 2021 not later than 10:30AM local hour. Bids which will submitted before that date and after the deadline date and time will not be considered.
The opening of the bids will take place in a separate session due to the social distancing requirements in order to prevent spreading of Covid-19 pandemic. Communication of the opening result will be shared through e-mail to the bidders.
FH Rwanda reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inappropriate
