FXB Rwanda is Rwandan Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), whose mission to address the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children’s rights to survive, grow and develop and strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low- and moderate-income among vulnerable families affected/infected by HIV/AIDS by supporting them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions.
With financial support from USAID through Turengere Abana program, FXB Rwanda would like to purchase office furniture and banners as described in the following table

Therefore, FXB Rwanda would like to invite all interested qualified and registered companies/suppliers to provide their bid document for supplying the materials listed above. Interested companies shall provide, by quoting the Tender Reference, the documents in their bids:
The bids documents in a sealed envelope, shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda coordination office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, Nyagacaca Village, located at 500m from the main road on the way heading to Gihara, not later than Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 10:00 Am
