Organization context


Women for Women International (WfWI) is an International non-profit making organization committed to improving the lives of socially excluded and marginalized women in conflict and post-conflict settings. Women for Women International (WfWI) provides a 12-month program on life skills, rights education, and vocational skills training.


Women for Women International have been implementing its program to improve women’s lives and their families since 1997 and is operating in 11 Districts of Kayonza, Muhanga, Rwamagana, Gasabo, Kicukiro, Bugesera, Musanze, Nyabihu, Ngororero, Huye, and Nyaruguru.


Purpose


Women for Women International (WfWI) is in the process of transitioning from an International NGO to a National / Local NGO Women for Women Rwanda (WFWR). In this regard, the organization is looking for a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for recording and managing its Human Resources data and systems. The New Software will replace the existing Bamboo Software, and Women for Women International would like to hire a competent company to develop, supply, install, and train the staff on the use of that Software.

  1. Personal & Employee Self Service

  2. Employee Information Management

  3. Employment Contract Management

  4. Leave Management

  5. Performance Management

  6. Provide Training Module

  7. The Software should be able to Manage 50 Staff with the possibility to upgrade.  


Requirements


The software vendor must have the Copy Rights of the Supplied Software or the certificate of representation of the parent company.



  1. The software technicians must have knowledge of HR Information Systems; they will also have to attach their CVs

  2. License

  3. Show at least 5 references


 Note:


The successful vendor will have the following responsibilities:



  1. Software Installation

  2. Configuration and Startup

  3. HR Data migration: From the existing to the new software

  4. End users training

  5. Any other service related to the Software

The software vendor must submit the following documents by completing very carefully the following application form



  • The Copy Rights of the Software or the certificate of representation of the parent company.

  • Detailed Company Profile, Including RDB Registration Certificate

  • Attach the CVs of the software technicians (must have knowledge of HR Information Systems);

  • Provide at least 7 references.

  • A narrative on how you would approach the assignment (2 pages max)

  • Budget including all estimated costs)
