Easily Access Your 2023 Rwanda National Exam Results (NESA)

This guide provides clear instructions on how to quickly check your scores from the National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA) for the 2023 exams. There are two convenient options: online or via SMS.

Online Results Retrieval:

1. Visit the Official NESA Results Portal: CLICK HERE to directly access the NESA results portal (https://www.nesa.gov.rw/). This user-friendly platform allows you to check your scores and show you the school you are sent to for further studies.
2. Enter Your Credentials: Locate the “Enter the Index Number” field and provide your complete student identification code. In the “National Identity” field, enter your National Identity Number if you are in Advanced Level/TTC/TVET-TSS.
3. View Your Results Instantly: Click on “GET RESULTS” to see your scores and potential placement information displayed on your screen.

Mobile Results Retrieval (SMS):

1. Compose Your SMS: Create a new SMS message and type your student identification code followed by a space and your National Identity Number if you are in Advanced Level/TTC/TVET-TSS..
2. Example: For student ID 603030902020 and National ID 1200580002643086, the SMS would be: 603030902020 1200580002643086
3. Send to 8888: Send the completed message to the shortcode 8888.
4. Receive Your Scores: You will receive a reply SMS containing your exam scores.

• Graduates from the College of Education at the University of Rwanda (UR) can access their results directly through the UR website (https://ur.ac.rw/).
