Urwego Finance CBC: Seeking an E-filing Champion!
Do you have a passion for technology and a desire to empower others through financial services?
Urwego Finance CBC, a faith-based organization dedicated to using financial services to uplift underserved communities in Rwanda, is searching for a dedicated and experienced E-filing Consultant to join our team.
In this role, you’ll play a vital role in streamlining our electronic data management system. You’ll assess paper documents, guide scan operators, and supervise the scanning and recording process. Your expertise will ensure efficient data processing and support our E-filing project.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- A strong belief in Urwego Finance CBC’s mission and vision
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems Management
- Proven experience (4+ years) implementing and managing E-filing projects
- Project Management Certification (a plus)
- Proficiency in digital tools and E-filing systems
- Knowledge of banking services (advantageous)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
- Adaptability and motivation to work in an archive setting
- Strong teamwork and independent work abilities
- Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent written and spoken English
