Operational Excellence: Understanding regulatory compliance, branch operations, and digital banking integration.
Leadership & Professional Development: Dedicated training sessions focused on soft skills, corporate governance, and ethical banking practices.
β Minimum Requirements (Who Should Apply)
Recently graduated (within the last 1-2 years is typical) with a Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Excellent academic record.
Demonstrated drive, high ambition, and a clear interest in Commercial Banking or Financial Services.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal, especially in English and Kinyarwanda).
Must be ready to commit to an intensive, high-performance training schedule.
