Name Change Request
We inform you that the named BINEZA David, son/daughter of Byizigiro Serge and Nyirahamira Antoinette, domiciled at Karubibi village, Cyaruzinge cell, Ndera sector, Gasabo district, in the City of Kigali applied for the authorization of the change of name from his current name BINEZA David to be called BINEZA BYIZIGIRO David in the register of birth records.
The reason for the change of name is that It is a name I used at school since the beginning of my studies.
