We inform you that the named NSENGIMANA Safari, son/daughter of BITWAYIKI Jean and MUKANKAKA Esperance, domiciled at Imena village, Bwerankori cell, Kigarama sector, Kicukiro district, in the City of Kigali applied for the authorization of the change of name from his current name NSENGIMANA Safari to be called RWEMA Fred in the National Population Registry.

The reason for the change of name is that It is a name I used at school since the beginning of my studies.
