TENDER NOTICE (TN) – INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)

Friends Effort to Support Youth (FESY) is a national Non-Governmental Organization that focuses its programs on the socio-economic development of youth in Rwanda. Through its initiatives, FESY contributes to addressing community challenges and promoting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The organization has been officially recognized and registered by the Government of Rwanda as an NGO since 2016 through the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB), the government institution responsible for regulating Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).

FESY has received funding from the Rwanda Green Fund (RGF) to implement the project:

“Enhancing Climate Change Resilience through Promotion of Climate Adaptation Measures for Farmers in Kabare and Rwinkwavu Sectors, Kayonza District.”

As the implementing partner, FESY invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the following tender:

Tender Document Acquisition

Tender documents are available at the reception of FESY Head Offices from 24 June 2026, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, upon presentation of proof of payment of RWF 10,000 deposited to:

• Account Number: 20021159001
• Bank: I&M Bank Rwanda

Bid Submission

Well-printed and properly bound bids must reach the FESY Head Offices no later than:

📅 03 July 2026
⏰ 04:00 PM (Local Time)

Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

The outer envelope should clearly indicate:

• The Tender Name
• The Tender Number

Bid Validity

Bids shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of bid opening.
