We inform you that the named NIJYIMBERE Niyonkuru Noé, son/daughter of Ngendahayo Nzajyayo Julius and Kinyana Nadine, domiciled at Kirehe village, Kirehe cell, Kirehe sector, Kirehe district, in the Eastern Province applied for the authorization of the change of name from his current name NIJYIMBERE Niyonkuru Noé to be called Niyonkuru Noé in the register of birth records.
The reason for the change of name is that My names are too many or too long.
