Name Change Request
We inform you that the named NTWAYINGABO Fred, son/daughter of Bijemberi Damiene and Nyirahoza Assah, domiciled at Kimisange village, Bwerankori cell, Kigarama sector, Kicukiro district, in the City of Kigali applied for the authorization of the change of name from his current name NTWAYINGABO Fred to be called NTWAYINGABO BIJEMBERI Freddy in the National Population Registry.
The reason for the change of name is that It is a name I used at school since the beginning of my studies.
