Name Change Request
We inform you that the named NYIRAMUCYO Pascaline, son/daughter of Byizigiro Serge and Nyirahamira Antoinette, domiciled at Kabutare village, Bwerankori cell, Kigarama sector, Kicukiro district, in the City of Kigali applied for the authorization of the change of name from his current name NYIRAMUCYO Pascaline to be called NAMUCYO BYIZIGIRO Pascaline in the register of birth records.
The reason for the change of name is that It is a name I used at school since the beginning of my studies.
