PROVISION OF DIFFERENT SERVICES TO UGAMA

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: UG/T/26/01

1. INVITATION FOR BIDS

UGAMA invites interested Companies operating in the country to execute the following tenders in a framework contract:

• Hotel services

• Supply of stationeries

• Supply of Fuel

• Vehicle Insurance Services

• Vehicle Maintenance

2. PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY

Participation in the tender is open on equal conditions to all interested Companies with a Registration Certificate of activities related to the tender. One Bidder is allowed to choose one or more than one lots.

3. TENDER DOCUMENTS

The Tender Document can be obtained from the UGAMA Head Office located in Muhanga district from February 20th, 2026, to 06th March 2026.

To obtain the document, bidders must present a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000 RWF) deposited to:

4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Interested companies must provide technical and financial offers in accordance with the technical specifications in the bidding document.

• Language: English or French.

• Format: Sealed in one envelope and presented in two copies (one original and one copy).

• Deadline: Bids must reach the UGAMA Head Office not later than 16th March 2026.

• Note: Late bids will be rejected.

5. OPENING OF BIDS

The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day (16th March 2026) at 10:00 A.M. at the UGAMA Head Office.
