1. Project Implementation Roles (Strategic Project & Resource Mobilization)
These roles are crucial for managing and tracking the performance of major BRD-led and donor-funded projects.

Key Focus Areas:
CDAT – Project Officer: Focuses on portfolio management, financial compliance, and ensuring project implementation complies with the Project Implementation Manual (PIM).
AFIRR – MEL Specialist: Designs and implements the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework for the Access to Finance for Recovery and Resilience (AFIRR) Project, emphasizing outcomes, learning, and impact.
2. Credit Guarantee Unit Roles (6 Vacancies)
These roles are critical for managing and expanding BRD’s Credit Guarantee schemes to strengthen MSMEs in Rwanda through increased access to finance.

Minimum Qualifications (All Roles):
Project/MEL Roles: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred for MEL).
Credit Guarantee Roles: Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
