Role Overview
The Account Payable Administrator (PTP) will support the daily operations of the Accounts Payable department. Working under direct supervision, you will assist with invoice processing, data entry, and compliance tasks, ensuring all financial activities follow established AP policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support in Accounts Payable (AP) operations, ensuring smooth end-to-end invoice handling—from receipt to payment preparation.
Perform routine and repetitive AP tasks under direct supervision, following standardized procedures and internal policies.
Ensure adherence to AP service standards, payment terms, and compliance guidelines.
Collect, verify, and enter financial data accurately to support administrative and operational reporting.
Identify recurring issues within AP processes and resolve them according to established guidelines, escalating when necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate primarily with colleagues within your own team.
Communicate clearly and professionally with multiple internal stakeholders.
Address task-related questions promptly to maintain smooth workflow and productive work relationships.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes
Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of financial reporting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with financial policies and business processes
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work within digital systems
Basic stakeholder communication and feedback skills
Knowledge of DHL business processes is an added advantage
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role
