Role Overview

MHotel Kigali is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure superior service quality, optimize F&B revenues, maintain customer satisfaction, train and supervise staff, and ensure smooth operational performance across all dining and beverage outlets.

This role is based in Kigali, Rwanda.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Maintain consistent service standards aligned with hotel excellence expectations.

• Lead, train, and mentor F&B teams to ensure performance, professionalism, and customer delight.

• Develop and execute sales and revenue strategies to maximize profit.

• Manage F&B budgets, financial reporting, and cost-control measures.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and hotel policies.

• Monitor and improve customer service processes and address guest concerns promptly.

• Work closely with management to elevate operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service staff, suppliers, and management.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Food & Beverage operations and management.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Experience training and leading staff in a hospitality environment.

• Proven success in sales strategy development, revenue growth, and performance optimization.

• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial efficiency.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of hospitality health & safety regulations is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
