Spironet is looking for a dynamic PPC Manager / Country PPC Head to oversee production planning and control for our country-level assembly plants. This is a high-impact role requiring end-to-end management of demand planning, MRP execution, production scheduling, and inventory control.


Role Overview

As the Country PPC Head, you will:

  • Lead PPC operations at the country plant, ensuring alignment with global standards.

  • Drive accurate production planning, material availability, and inventory optimization.

  • Support the Global PPC Head with disciplined process execution, ERP transaction accuracy, and timely reporting.

  • Act as the key link between production, warehouse, quality, and procurement teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role for professionals with a strong background in automotive, engineering, or EV manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities

1. Country-Level PPC Leadership

  • Lead and manage PPC operations for the country plant.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory, and plant capacity.

  • Ensure adherence to standardized global PPC processes and planning discipline.

2. Demand Planning & MRP Execution

  • Collect and validate sales forecasts.

  • Run country-level MRP to generate planned orders.

  • Resolve MRP exceptions and ensure timely availability of materials.

3. Production Order & Material Management

  • Prioritize production orders based on capacity, material availability, and delivery commitments.

  • Monitor day-to-day order progress and communicate risks.

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.

  • Support physical inventory audits and cycle counts.

4. Production Execution & ERP Transactions

  • Ensure accurate ERP postings for production confirmations and finished goods receipts.

  • Validate WIP accuracy, consumption postings, and batch traceability.

  • Close all production transactions daily and ensure timely production order settlement.

5. Master Data, Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate master data: work centers, routings, BOMs, cycle times, and capacities.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and inventory reports.

  • Attend global PPC review meetings and present country-level performance.

  • Lead and mentor the PPC team on process standardization and ERP best practices.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Experience: 10+ years in PPC/Production Planning in automotive, engineering, or EV sectors.

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MRP, BOM, routing, scheduling, and inventory control. Hands-on ERP experience is mandatory.

  • Leadership & Communication: Ability to drive discipline on the shop floor, excellent coordination, and communication skills.

  • Analytical: Strong Excel and planning tool capabilities; able to resolve planning and production issues proactively.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

  • MBA in Operations or Supply Chain (preferred).

  • Production schedule adherence %

  • Material availability rate

  • MRP execution accuracy

  • Inventory Days of Supply (DOH) and inventory turns

  • Production order closure & settlement cycle

  • WIP and FG inventory accuracy

  • Compliance with global PPC processes
