World Vision International is looking for a Coordinator, Staff Care & Well-being to serve as the operational and learning backbone of its global Staff Care team. This is not a counseling role — it’s a coordination, systems, and learning role for someone who finds satisfaction in making things work better: clarifying processes, organizing information, closing loops, and ensuring follow-through.

“If you have ever sat in a national or regional office thinking, ‘This is a good strategy, but it is not landing yet’ — this role may be for you.”

What you’ll do

Keeping the work moving

  • Coordinate workflows, schedules, and deliverables across the global team
  • Track progress and support timely follow-up on commitments and actions
  • Support budget monitoring and basic operational reporting

Protecting knowledge and clarity

  • Maintain shared knowledge platforms, repositories, tools, and templates
  • Draft and circulate internal updates, briefings, and learning notes

Supporting learning and accountability

  • Collect and compile monitoring data aligned with the Staff Care Theory of Change
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to reporting cycles

Strengthening global–field connection

  • Support information flow between global, regional, and national teams
  • Help organise webinars, learning exchanges, and consultations; capture field insights to inform planning

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years in coordination, project management, communications, or operations support
  • Degree in administration, project management, organisational development, or related field
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a strong plus)
  • Experience in complex international or humanitarian organisations
  • Ability to manage knowledge systems and basic data tracking
  • Based in a country where World Vision International is legally registered

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with staff care, employee well-being, or humanitarian context operations
  • Experience supporting monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) functions
